  4. Would like the option of the 0 position on the top left corner of the canvas instead in the middle of the canvas... also if the image or video could snap on to the top corner of the canvas
Also if more than one screen output, some kind of border between the two screens which could have the snap option also

Hi. Since early 2019, Millumin V2 and Millumin V3 are optimized to work with an eGPU.
Please read this post for more info :
    - http://help.millumin.com/?page=03_faq/computer

About using multiple eGPUs : it is like using multiple GPUs in general, this is not recommended.
Indeed, since the realtime compositing would have to be processed on a single GPU, then dispatched on other GPU (not optimal at all).
Please note that this is not related especially to Millumin, but to any software (it is a hardware limitation).
    More info here : http://help.millumin.com/?page=03_faq/computer

  8. Good day! In the tab "Current media" in the selection of the Loop mode could be added in addition to Infinity, Auto-follow, once (freeze), once (stop) and GO TO.... (number of column). This would allow to move to the desired column, and repeat some clips if necessary

  9. I often have multi-day events with different acts per day or a different mix of acts. It would be great if I could duplicate a dashboard that has already been sliced, mapped, layers added for special sizing conditions to create the start of a new day. Right now I keep tacking a new day onto the last one and end up with a huge number of columns.

  10. It would be amazing to allow a timeline to have an offset Start TimeCode.

    The scenario is as such

A master timeline synced to timecode would playback a whole show, the master timeline contains other timelines for each song/moment in the show. This way, when editing a specific song, it can still be playing back in sync and have it's timecode offset relative to the whole show, and yet when we play back the whole show in the master timeline, that timeline can be synced to the master of the show clock.

    For example
Master Timeline --> TimeCode starts at…

  11. It would be very useful to be able to divide media in Timelines so that they start from a specific point. This is awkward to assign just by number values in the Current Media, and would make editing Timelines much better when working with longer video files where you don't want to play from the start.

  12. Additional controls of layer alignment relative to either the canvas or other selected layers (need to be able to select multiple layers).

Much like in many popular layout-oriented programs, like Keynote or PowerPoint or even Spyder X20 control.

For horizontal/vertical alignment relative to other layers:
    - Align centers
    - Align Bottoms
    - Align Tops
    - Align Left
    - Align Right
    - Align Middle

For canvas-to-layer alignment, these additional options:
    - Center X
    - Center Y
    - Fill Height
    - Fill Width

  13. This is a very simple request. It would be good to see what loop mode a clip is set to on the dashboard.
I recently ran an awards show that didn't need any timelines, just clips on the dashboard. For quite a few cues I had the playback set to auto follow - but when running the rehearsal I found a few I hadn't set properly. Not a major but on another show I had the same 'problem' but could check without fear of clicking off a cue as the show had started.
This could have been easily spotted if…

  14. I’d love to see countdown and elapsed time at the same time. Additional features could include a button to go to last 30 seconds, 20 seconds, 10 seconds.

It could also indicate whether the clip will freeze/loop/autofollow. I know this is in the other panel, but I am fearful of selecting the clip during the show to confirm that things are playing correctly and restarting the clip.

  15. It would be helpful to rename inputs , for example 3 or 4 NDI inputs which have very wired names , to re-name them to laptop 1 , laptop 2 ....etc

  16. Add the ability to control PTZ Camera.
That could be useful to be able to use camera's position/focus/zoom presets in timeline/dashboard, and to create smooth movements with curves.
Here is a link about this protocol https://www.reddit.com/r/crestron/comments/4gfuhn/panasonic_ptz_camera_control_protocol/
    Thanks

  18. I regularly use 100 to 200 discreet clips in a file then need to move the file to another machine for a running backup. Relinking up to 200 files, one at a time, is nuts. It would be great if I could point the program to the directory where the files are located and have the program find the rest of the files instead of linking every file, one by one.

The easiest way to move a project from one computer to another one, is to use the “Collect files” feature.

Also, if Millumin does not find a file, it will look for it in subfolders of the project.

Lastly, if you relink one file, Millumin will look for other missing files in this folder. If it found some, it will ask you to relink them as well.

  19. A Dante support would be great to output and input audio, because you wouldent lose any channels on your mixer. And also you can output/input 64 channels with only one cable.

  20. Simply Duplicate a board including all its contents (medias, layers, column names, columns order, fading parameters...).
Easily be able to duplicate a board and create as many alternative versions of it.
