I want to expand this request: not only a ping-pong loop, but actual reverse-playback (clip playing backwards) support.
Current ping-pong proposals don’t address fully reversed playback: for many use-cases you need forward → reverse → loop — not just bounce.
Reverse playback on video-level is still missing in Millumin. That’s a critical feature gap for creative sequencing or effects-driven shows.

With recent versions, effects for a specific media are now handled in the Media Editor rather than the former source panel. In this context, the absence of copy/paste at the media-editor level is a practical limitation.
Typical scenario: large batches of clips requiring identical effect chains (LUTs, masks, blends, transforms, etc.). Rebuilding the same adjustments per-clip is inefficient and introduces inconsistency, especially on fast-turnaround productions.
Copy/paste currently works at layer level only. Extending it to the Media Editor would allow operators to apply identical effect stacks directly to multiple media items without manually replicating them.
