play backwards

why not to add a reverse playback to millumin? This function will expand a number of effects.

    Yes it would be usefull when we work with lazy creators, even if some codecs don't react well.

    it could be enabled just on intermediary/full frame codecs so as not to present the problems that playing a compressed file in reverse would have.
