  2. Ability to set loop, free run or play once at every individual clip in the timeline. When the play indicator hit a pause cue-point you can decide if the clip should freeze or just keep on playing and/or looping.

  5. Simply Duplicate a board including all its contents (medias, layers, column names, columns order, fading parameters...).
Easily be able to duplicate a board and create as many alternative versions of it.

  9. It would be good to have a more user friendly dashboard for creating projects - drag and dropping of layers and columns especially. Currently you have to go into 'edit board' to do this and it feels a bit clunky.

My thoughts are that the dashboard should be setup with two modes - editor & playback. I know Millumin has the edit board button but maybe this should possibly be the default mode to display - especially on new projects.

In this mode you should still be able to still do basic playback but at the same time drag and…

  11. In the workspace, it would be great to arrange the position of individual canvases.

For example, I have a very wide Canvas 1 and Canvas 2 is by default placed next to it which means that I have to zoom out a long way to see both.
If I add third and fourth canvases it starts getting very difficult.
If I could arrange the additional canvases under the first it would make working on these projects much easier.

  15. Millumin could check a project for missing files upon File Open. It could offer to reconnect them: list first missing file, offer to look for other missing files in the same folder.

  17. Given that some systems we may with the trigger Millumin with only support sending UDP commands, allow for Millumin to receive simple strings via UDP and interpret these messages as OSC.

The behavior can be observed in Qlab. A string command sent over UDP to Qlab will be interpreted as an OSC message.

The behavior is described in this help document:

    https://figure53.com/docs/qlab/v3/scripting/osc-dictionary-v3/

  19. From Vincent :

In my case, this would be very useful (I could say it's a strong need) in the corporate events markets. It's very common to have prebuilded compositions with a precise "map" of the pixel space of every screen.
    Last example, this week:
    - we had 3 screens, horizontally aligned and separated by a precise space, let's say 100cm.
    - the creative team created an After Effects composition of 5920x1080 (3 Full HD + 80px between the screens, as calculated from the actual projection screens sizes and the 100cm gap) and gave us a movie at this resolution…
