Effects also crossfade
Tried to put a white border on video pips over a wide background and discovered the borders don’t transition with the cue change. They wait until the end and snap off. Took them off because it looked weird. Want borders to respond to transitions the same as the content.

Output display hotkey or keyboard command
Would love a hot key to turn the output display on & off.
I did a show last week where i was mainly the Keynote operator, but also did Millumin backup for a couple sequences form the same computer.
Millumin takes over the output display It takes a couple clicks to get into the "disable screen output" control and a couple clicks to get out of it and back to Keynote. Would love just a hot key or a keyboard command to toggle that external screen control on & off

timelines pop-up list
when several timelines are opened, it becomes uneasy to access a specific one. it would be great to give access to a pop-up list of the opened timelines (such as the dashboard's list).

Ability to lock software
Depending on if ML is running on an install or if you've hit the last cue of an event and you want to make sure that you don't bump a key, being able to lock the software would be handy.

LOCKING LAYERS SO MEDIA DOESN'T MOVE
I have just come to Millumin from Qlab on one side and Final Cut/Da Vinci on the other side.
I am building a fairly complex 2 hour show that requires MIDI CC changes sent out to DMX lights at EXACT positions in the time line, plus has many overlapping layers as different video media plays, plus the audio being routed to front of house as we well as some media being sent only to rear speakers.

Improve segment area
Hi ! im french using and promoting millumin for all kind of stuff
i have recently and i think iu will use it more and more use the segment area of millumin , and for now i cant use it so much because at the end , when you use it in timline on multiple timeline and multiple project to be flexible , this improvment just make millumin crash or glitch and one day i was deleted the whole project because it was corrupted !

Undo description
Hi Philippe, it could be great that the undo function ( via Menu/Edit/Undo )
could integrate the historical of action and show the name of last action
So that when you don't know if an action was succesfully completed ( eg: adding or suppressing a layer by mistake ), we could refer to the undo characteristic instead of browsing the whole patch to see were a change occured...
I use backspace a lot and deletion are sometimes hard to realize...

Simultaneous Multi-board Feature
Ability to run 2 or more boards simultaneously. We could dedicate 1 board to 1 or a group of destination. This could allow us to be more flexible in a multi destination show where we can hold a set of content on 1 screen while allowing us to run a sequence on another. This will be much more capable than dedicating 1 layer to each output.

timeline in timeline stay running
When you create a timeline only for looping content, and you want this loop timeline in another timeline with keyframes/segments, than stops also the loop timeline when you have a segment with "play once"...

Hide / reveal surfaces
When multiple surfaces are overlapping, the only way i found to reveal the masked ones on stage is to change their order… wich is quite annoying !
It would be great to be able to hide or reveal the surfaces when editing them, for example with an "eye" button.1 vote -
Master Audio Layer for Simplified Audio Output
Millumin should have the ability to designate a master audio layer in a show file so that when you're playing the same video to multiple outputs, the stereo LR of the playback computer doesn't get a doubled audio output. Alternatively, the ability to mute the audio output of an entire layer should exist, not just on a per clip basis.
