  1. GUI control from HTTP page

    I have seen a developer kit to enable HTML pages to be created to control millumin, but wondered if it was possble to recreate the millumin GUI on a webpage, served by millumin. I don't see this as a programming interface, but rather a monitoring / triggering page where you could see the current state of clip playback and start new clips. Having the canvas window on the HTTP page wouldn't be necessary.

    This would be useful for rehearsal/setup where the servers might be positioned off stage and you can't see the screen, and you could use an iPad or…

  2. Interactions - ability to send custom OSC both externally and to the millumin board

    From the interactions page I would like to be able to send OSC back into millumin, triggered from timecode (or a keyboard press). Would also be great to be able to send Serial / TCP / UDP to external devices from interactions making it a great built in controller

  3. Show timecode interactions as time value hh:mm:ss:ff rather than @h m

    Full timecode values should be shown in the interaction window to allow for proper alpha sort of the input column.

  4. Notes column in Interactions page

    It would be really handy to have a notes column in the Interactions Page to the right of actions where you could add a little aide memoire of what happens at that interaction.

  5. timeline : shift everything from current position

    While working in a timeline, if you need to insert a media, or a segment, or to lengthen a fade in : You will have to shift all the content and especially all the segments by the amount of time of the inserted item. It would be great to let the user shift everything at once !

  6. save as v2

    As Millumin3 is not compatible with older osx, it may be usefull to be able to save V3 project down for V2-only machines !

  7. Export to PDF

    Millumin is getting used more and more as an extension to PPT and Keynote for live corporate presentations. IMHO - there are only 2 things preventing it from eventually being fully adopted as a complete replacement to PPT or Keynote:

    1. The ability to select animation presets (glorified macros). For instance, select "move left" and the software automatically creates what is required to accomplish the effect.

    2. The ability to quickly export a presentation to some form of simple PDF that can be distributed for client review.

    1 is something I would imagine would likely develop naturally over the product life cycle.

    Instead of launching the column next to the current one, select another one, so this one is launched when the user press SPACE.

  9. Zoom et scroll à travers Teamviewer et Partage d'écran

    Hello, un phénomène qui nous ralentit lors de nos calages de mapping monumentaux et que le clic maintenu sur le canvas ne passe pas à travers teamviewer ou partage d'écran, du coup pour scroller dans le canvas on doit dézoomer à fond et rezoomer, ou retourner à la régie principale. Résoudre ce soucis permettrait d'avoir une régie déportée complète il me semble. Un mode de déplacement dans le canvas n'utilisant pas le clic maintenu conviendrait aussi tout à fait.

  11. put the video countdown ON THE WORKSPACE

    It would be nice if we could somehow show a videos countdown or countup on the workspace for the TD. (Of course, we would have to run another output to them likely... but having this ability would save time. right now i have to put an mp4 clock there, figure out the timing,etc)

  13. maximize pane with keyboard shortcut

    In the spirit of what we find in Adobe Premiere Pro : you hit a key and the current pane is maximized to full window. Hit again and it goes back into place.

    In the case of Millumin, that would be useful with the Library and the Inspector.

  14. Timeline Layout Presets

    It would be helpful to have Timeline Layout Presets, especially if one needs to repeatedly create lots of timelines that have the same attributes.

  16. Screensaver on/off

    Settings option to turn on and off the screensaver blocking while Millumin is running. When you have a Macbook Pro for example running an installation for several days this could be really helpful.

    Hello,
    I would need advice and guidance for a video installation that I plan as part of a show for young audiences.
    I have 4 x 27" screens integrated in old 80's retro tv on stage. I would like to send 4 different sources to these screens. For that, I plan a pc (media server with Millumin) with a video output in hdmi, another in usb-c (to hdmi) and another equipped with a matrox dual head SE and DVI cables.

  19. Draw columns and rows arbitrarily in quad mode

    more flexible option to draw grids. to be able to add columns and rows in an arbitrary way in the desired points. In the style of KantanMapper of Touchdesigner, it is a very powerful option and would avoid making high divisions to have a precise point.
