Slicing with numbers

In my case, this would be very useful (I could say it's a strong need) in the corporate events markets. It's very common to have prebuilded compositions with a precise "map" of the pixel space of every screen.
Last example, this week:
- we had 3 screens, horizontally aligned and separated by a precise space, let's say 100cm.
- the creative team created an After Effects composition of 5920x1080 (3 Full HD + 80px between the screens, as calculated from the actual projection screens sizes and the 100cm gap) and gave us a movie at this resolution…19 votesIn Millumin V2, you can double-click a corner or an edge to edit its value numerically.

individual Clip scaling/mapping beside the layer scaling/mapping
At the moment we have to set a certain scale or mapping for the layer and have to create a new layer if we want to add new content that may need different scaling or mapping from the existing layer one.
It would be very helpful to scale and map the clips individual to eliminate the need for to many layers.7 votes -

sync 2 millumin timeline at realtime
Hello, I want to connect 2 machines sync,the master millumin connect the MIDI to play Media layer from dashboard and comp at live time, and slave have the same layer with master millumin connect the beamer and output the video.
Is there anyway to play two millumin at the same time with the same layer source on dashboard?Not just the composition. I mean millumin 1 and millumin 2 do the same play in the same time with MIDI controled?

would be very useful to load an html content (such an html5 document). now the support is for only videos, text and images. with html we could add almost anything!

Hotkey Assign To Layer Opacity
Would it be possible to set the hotkey functionality so that we can assign keys to the simple RED, YELLOW, ORANGE opacity on each layer ?

Looping video, on command to finish clip before moving on
Something I want to do for my show is to having a video (with audio attached) on a loop as an intro to the show.
Then when I'm on stage, I want to press a button which will tell the video to stop looping, but to continue to the end of the clip and play the next video, rather than immediately jumping to the next clip162 votes -
map same midi value to multiple attributes in millumin
Would be great to take multiple layers in millumin and map their opacities all to the same midi, like a fader, but currently millumin won't let you use the same midi value twice.

Be able to hide the composition tabs when in show.
When in show mode, I often clicked on the composition tags instead on the board column...Kind of mistake you prefer to avoid ;)

Conflicting OSC input ports when using 2 instances of Millumin
In a project with 3 videoproj, we used 2 instances of millumin. 2 videoproj on one and a third one on the second instance. Millumin was controlled in OSC. Our problem is that the OSC input port is in the millumin pref and not related to the project. We had to change the OSC input port each time we started the second instance.
Would be nice that the OSC in are save with the project self.

Individual scaling for each clip
Perhaps i just haven’t found this ablilty in Milumin, but would be very useful to be able to scale each clip on one layer independently.
I seem to be able to scale the entire layer, but can’t scale the movie/media independently.

Native support of professional capture cards from Epiphan
In order to view external computers in real time in Millumin. For example to present PowerPoint or Keynote presentations as a PIP over the composition in real time. Cards of these manufacturers also support real computer resolutions and no video resolutions such as Blackmagic. In addition, these manufacturers support EDID management.
